Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your product for a different item, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. All exchange requests require the original product to be returned in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for both return and re-shipping costs. We do not cover any fees associated with return shipping or replacement shipping. Exchanges will be processed once we receive the original product and confirm its eligibility.
